COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA "MASOTTI"

Realization that the project is a collaboration between Studio Casetta&Partners with the architect Gonçalo Byrne Lisbon. Two "parallelepipeds" composed of precast reinforced concrete colored. The effect of mass and vibrant colors have been lightened by applying a gradient shades of the same color. The entrance to the commercial activities is marked by a portal clad with wooden slats set back from the wall creating a telescope effect. Even at the shop windows was built a large frame with the usual wooden slats composite but applied in a coplanar with the perimeter wall.
The time now is home to two large commercial activities.
